Engineering is based at TiCON’s R&D office in Uttara, Dhaka. Client-facing delivery is coordinated from Seoul (HQ) and supported from Tysons Corner, USA.

Is this staff-only, or full project delivery?

Both. Team augmentation puts engineers inside your process. Outsourcing / dedicated-team contracts can own a backlog, an MVP, or a production system.
